What to Expect

Do you dream of what it might be like to publish a story? Our Advanced World Builders takes a small group of young writers and helps them through the story creation process. We will go from idea, to plotting, to draft one, peer review and revisions, editing, final draft, and then publication. 

❋ The IDea

Here we help shape and organize the idea running wild in your mind to create the story that you’re excited to share.

❋ Plotting

Learn about plotting or pantsing and find how you best share your stories. Create organization to your writing and get started on a first draft.

❋ Revise. Edit. Critique.

Once your first draft is done we will work together to clean up character development, plot holes, and grammatical errors to polish a complete work you can be proud of.

❋ Publication

The end goal of this program is to celebrate published authors. A launch party, a physical book in your hands, and a better understanding of what it takes to create a story that you can share with the world.

Find your story. Build it into something that is more than just an idea and watch it come to life. The Advance World Builders group is designed to take those ready to expand their writing from short stories and smaller prompts into something larger.

This program will celebrate the creative process of becoming an author in hopes of inspiring a new generation of writer that will find joy in creating stories for many years to come!
